I Can’t Hear Your Audio Programs
Check in this order:
1. Are your speakers turned off, or Speaker Volume turned down?
If no, do you have the latest Flash Audio Player installed? If no go to step 2. If yes, go to step 3.

3. If you have the Flash Player installed, can you see the Audio Controller? If yes, try clicking on the Flash audio controller once, wait a second and then click on again. Depending on your internet connection it may take 10 seconds or more to start playing. At 56k it should start playing within 10-15 seconds. However, keep in mind that internet traffic can delay load times. Try to listen at a different time to see if it makes a difference.

If none of these techniques are successful, the problem most likely is with your computer set up and you will need to check with your local computer store for further assistance.
