I Am Not Getting Email Notices
1. Check your Spam or Junk Mail folders. Some Internet Service Providers filter messages based on content, subject line, or the sender’s address and may put your email into a bulk or junk mail folder. To remedy this situation add @matrixinstitute.com to your “approved sender” list or “white list” and/or in your “address book.”

2. Virus Software, Spam Blockers/Filters and Email Software. Many new Internet programs have default settings that are very restrictive. Contact your software manufacture or local Internet provider for help if you believe this may be the cause.
