Can Not Download File

Adobe Reader is required to download our pdf files. 99% of all computers already have this reader installed. Inability to download our files can most probably be caused by one of the following:

1. Your browser is causing the problem.
2. Adobe Reader is corrupt or is not the current version.

First try this...
1. restart your computer.
2. open your browser
3. type in our home page www.matrixinstitute.com DO NOT USE YOUR BOOKMARK type it in manually.
4. now, click on Login to Members Zone
5. login
6. click on Download Intuitive Flash
7. click on the current issue download
If this does not work most problems can be corrected by clearing your browsers cache. To clear your browsers cache click here
If you still have problem try updating your browser Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, etc. Go to Help on your browser and select "Check for Updates". If you do have the latest version, update it anyway to correct any flaws from the previous installation/update.

If this does not work download the latest free Adobe Reader, which has an auto install to make it easy for users. Here is the link to get the free Adobe Reader http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html
